本文引入了一种创新的基于离聚物的多层封装胶膜用以代替传统双层玻璃光伏组件的封装材料。利用该封装胶膜,在不需要额外的边缘密封的情况下就能防止水汽渗透。本文分析了这种封装胶膜及其原料——聚(乙烯-共丙烯酸)和离聚物——在不同气候条件下的自发吸湿和解吸。相对空气湿度是这些逆过程的热力学驱动力,并决定了其平衡含水率(equilibrium moisture content, EMC)。空气湿度越大,EMC也越大。被吸收的水分子的均质化是一个扩散控制过程,其中温度起主要作用。然而,其在较高温度下扩散系数仍相对较低。我们认为,当光伏组件在正常气候条件下使用时,基于离聚物的封装胶膜可“呼吸”水汽,即在白天相对湿度较高时,它会“吸入”(吸收)水分并将其限制在组件的外边缘内,而在夜晚相对湿度较低时,它则会“呼出”(解吸)水分。通过这种方式,封装胶膜可以保护电池免受水汽的侵入。

Advantageous mechanochemical synthesis of copper(I) selenide semiconductor, characterization, and properties

摘要: Copper(I) selenide-nanocrystalline semiconductor was synthesized via one-step mechanochemical synthesis after 5 min milling in a planetary ball mill. The kinetics of synthesis was followed by X-ray powder diffraction analysis and specific surface area measurements of milled 2Cu/Se mixtures. The X-ray diffraction confirmed the orthorhombic crystal structure of Cu2Se with the crystallite size ~25 nm. The surface chemical structure was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, whereby the binding energy of the Cu 2p and Se 3d signals corresponded to Cu+ and Se2– oxidation states. Transmission electron microscopy revealed agglomerated nanocrystals and confirmed their orthorhombic structure, as well. The optical properties were studied utilizing ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The direct bandgap energy 3.7 eV indicated a blue-shift phenomenon due to the quantum size effect. This type of Cu2Se synthesis can be easily adapted to production dimensions using an industrial vibratory mill. The advantages of mechanochemical synthesis represent the potential for inexpensive, environmentally-friendly, and waste-free manufacturing of Cu2Se.

Enhancement of grid-connected photovoltaic system using ANFIS-GA under different circumstances

摘要: In recent years, many different techniques are applied in order to draw maximum power from photovoltaic (PV) modules for changing solar irradiance and temperature conditions. Generally, the output power generation of the PV system depends on the intermittent solar insolation, cell temperature, efficiency of the PV panel and its output voltage level. Consequently, it is essential to track the generated power of the PV system and utilize the collected solar energy optimally. The aim of this paper is to simulate and control a grid-connected PV source by using an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and genetic algorithm (GA) controller. The data are optimized by GA and then, these optimum values are used in network training. The simulation results indicate that the ANFIS-GA controller can meet the need of load easily with less fluctuation around the maximum power point (MPP) and can increase the convergence speed to achieve the MPP rather than the conventional method. Moreover, to control both line voltage and current, a grid side P/Q controller has been applied. A dynamic modeling, control and simulation study of the PV system is performed with the Matlab/Simulink program.

Separation of gibberellic acid (GA3) by macroporous adsorption resins

摘要: The adsorption effects of several macroporous adsorption resins for gibberellic acid (GA3) were investigated. The dynamic adsorption capacity is 58.38 mg/g dry beads for resin R4 and 96.46 mg/g dry beads for resin R5 which is consistent with the surface area. Aqueous methanol (50%, V/V) is a good eluent and the yield of GA3 is above 95%. The concentration of GA3 could increase five-fold after an adsorption-elution cycle and this is important when considering further crystallization of GA3 in an industrial process.

Three-dimensional seismic response analysis of a concrete-faced rockfill dam on overburden layers

摘要: Reasonable seismic response analysis of a high rockfill dam is of great engineering significance in guiding its design and ensuring its seismic safety during operation, especially of a concrete-faced rockfill dam (CFRD) on overburden layers. The three-dimensional seismic behavior of the Miaojiaba CFRD is simulated and analyzed by the finite element method (FEM). The results indicate that: 1) the amplification coefficient along the dam axis gradually increases with the altitude, and reaches maximum at the dam crest; 2) the vertical residual deformation mainly exhibits downwards and reaches maximum near the dam crest; 3) the earthquake significantly aggravates the deformation of peripheral joints; 4) the impounding condition and overburden characteristics have great effects on the dam’s seismic response.

Practical optimization of deployable and scissor-like structures using a fast GA method

摘要: This paper addresses practical sizing optimization of deployable and scissor-like structures from a new point of view. These structures have been recently highly regarded for beauty, lightweight, determine behavior, proper performance against lateral loads and the ability of been compactly packaged. At this time, there is a few studies done considering practical optimization of these structures. Loading considered here includes wind and gravity loads. In foldable scissor-like structures, connections have a complex behavior. For this reason, in this study, the authors used the ABAQUS commercial package as an analyzer in the optimization procedure. This made the obtained optimal solutions highly reliable from the point of view of applicability and construction requirements. Also, to do optimization task, a fast genetic algorithm method, which has been recently introduced by authors, was utilized. Optimization results show that despite less weight for aluminum models than steel models, aluminum deployable structures are not affordable because they need more material than steel structures and cause more environmental damage.

Ga(X)N/Si nanoarchitecture: An emerging semiconductor platform for sunlight-powered water splitting toward

摘要: Sunlight-powered water splitting presents a promising strategy for converting intermittent and virtually unlimited solar energy into energy-dense and storable green hydrogen. Since the pioneering discovery by Honda and Fujishima, considerable efforts have been made in this research area. Among various materials developed, Ga(X)N/Si (X = In, Ge, Mg, etc.) nanoarchitecture has emerged as a disruptive semiconductor platform to split water toward hydrogen by sunlight. This paper introduces the characteristics, properties, and growth/synthesis/fabrication methods of Ga(X)N/Si nanoarchitecture, primarily focusing on explaining the suitability as an ideal platform for sunlight-powered water splitting toward green hydrogen fuel. In addition, it exclusively summarizes the recent progress and development of Ga(X)N/Si nanoarchitecture for photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical water splitting. Moreover, it describes the challenges and prospects of artificial photosynthesis integrated device and system using Ga(X)N/Si nanoarchitectures for solar water splitting toward hydrogen.

摘要: 采用磁控溅射技术和热退火技术在(0001)蓝宝石衬底上制备了多组分氧化物(GaxIn1−x)2O3薄膜,实现可调带隙。详细研究了三元化合物(GaxIn1−x)2O3在整个组成范围内的光学性质和能带结构演化。X射线衍射谱表明,Ga含量在0.11至0.55之间的(GaxIn1−x)2O3薄膜既有立方结构,也有单斜结构,而Ga含量高于0.74的(GaxIn1−x)2O3薄膜只有单斜结构。此外,随着Ga含量增加,紫外吸收边出现380至250 nm的蓝移,表明禁带能从3.61 eV增加至4.64 eV。实验结果为透明导电化合物半导体(GaxIn1−x)2O3薄膜在光电和光伏行业的应用,特别是在显示器、发光二极管和太阳能电池的应用奠定了基础。
